Committed Principal:
Mrs. Lata Yarlagadda did her schooling from Ballarpur,
Maharashtra and her graduation from Hyderabad, Telangana and
post-graduation MA in English from the Nagarjuna University,
Guntur and B.Ed from SRSV College, Vijayawada, Andhra
Pradesh. She has also done Diploma in Management from
UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA, USA. She has been awarded with CIG
(CERTIFICATE IN GUIDANCE OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHILDREN) AND
CERTIFICATE COURSE IN CHILD PSYCHOLOGY AND GUIDANCE from
IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University).
Mrs. Lata Yarlagadda is a proficient speaker of seven languages- Telugu, Hindi, English, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati and Bhojpuri.
She is a dynamic Administrator and Educationist, with over 19 years of expertise in the field of education. She has a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to achieve objectives and exceed expectations. She firmly believes in creating values for the society. She enjoys being with children and learning from their experiences. She started her career as a school teacher in English, headed the English Department and worked as a Primary Principal for the CBSE Section at Chaitanya Techno School, Vijayawada. In Dr. KKR's Gowtham School, she has worked in the capacity of a Secondary School teacher of English and then got promoted as a School Principal. She worked as a TEAM LEADER of Subject Matter Experts of English Department and Chief Editor of English at TautMore Edutech(INDIA)
Mrs. Lata Yarlagadda is an expert in teaching subjects such as the English and Hindi. She is a versatile and experienced academic, team builder, a trainer and administrator with over one and half decades of experience in working in different school board. She is deeply interested in nurturing young talent so as to facilitate the realization of their potential and purpose in life. Her spheres of professional expertise include educational leadership and curriculum development, discipline and student management, resources management and parent relations. It has rightly been said by Margaret mead that" Children needs to be taught how to think, not what to think." and she is the strong believer of the above statement.
