• NCC was established in 1948; it is a tri-service organization, consisting of

• NCC cadets are given basic military training.
• The NCC imparts leadership, discipline, integration, physical and community development training.
• Motto: The main motto of NCC is "Unity and Discipline".
• Principle: The three cardinal principles of NCC are Obey with smile; Be punctual; Work hard without fuss.
